Holy shit that was tough... Amazing job with the entire series. The gameplay was really fun, the voice acting (especially in the later installments) was great, the story kept me interested, there was tons of enemy variation, and best of all, the bosses were hard as hell, but in a way that made me want to keep trying until i beat them. This deserves more than 10 stars... well done.
It seems like alot of people are frustrated by the spider, so instead of doing a review, im going to do a spider walkthrough
The spider comes out and begins to shoot with his two side guns, first one, then the other, dont jump and you will be fine. Then, he opens his main eye and fires one bullet. He repeats this attack 3 times, then takes a step forward. The only gun that damages him (as far as i can tell) is the bazooka, so pull that out. Stand close to the spiders feet, and when he opens his eye and fires the first bullet, run away from him to dodge it. Then, switch directions and run back towards him. As he opens his eye to fire the second bullet, jump and fire a bullet diagonally upward into the eye. If you time it right, you should hit the eye before the bullet fires, so you will take no damage. Repeat this strategy to push the spider backwards until he falls off the ledge three times. He will then reappear with no legs and shoot his top gun at you. Don't jump, and you'll dodge. The bottom gun will then fire twice 3 times in quick succession, giving you a chance to jump over all of the rounds. Then, the main gun will open up quickly and fire one bullet, and repeat this. All you have to do at this point is hit the eye (or the main gun) one more time with the bazooka, and you win.
And I just beat it, hours later. This is probably the most fun, and hardest, bullet hell game on newgrounds. Truly awesome job. The characters each have their own strengths and weaknesses (Although lance is by far the best in my opinion), the enemies had tons of variety, the bosses were extremely challenging but not impossible, the upgrade system was well done... I can't say enough good about this game. I have only one complaint... Anna did not seem nearly strong enough. I went through a lot of trouble to unlock her, then went back to using lance almost immediately. Anyway, tremendous game
Great game... pretty good amount of difficulty, and I was laughing the whole time. I loved the guy (future you) constantly yelling things. I even managed to get the secret alternate reality! (You should make a medal for that, and for the regular ending)

Now, on to the cons:
-it's been mentioned before, but this is too short. I was getting really into the story, and then boom... its over
- The ending. I enjoyed a nod to a zombie classic, but there wasn't enough attachment to the characters to make killing them off a real shock.
I hope you do another zombie game. This one is definitely promising.

I particularly love how every time you earn a new weapon, there are a few levels where you feel completely unstoppable, but it slowly gets harder and harder until you are almost screwed until you get the next weapon.
I only have two complaints. The first is the bazooka. It's shots were inaccurate and not that powerful, and it only had 5 bullets in the clip, making it basically useless, in my opinion. Once I tried it out, i immediately went back to the sniper rifle until I earned the heavy machine gun. Second, I thought the game should have a definitive ending, rather than just going on forever (apologies if it does, I stopped playing somewhere in the 30s). Anyway, 9/10 5/5

Maybe a bit more enemy variance? not asking for much, just maybe a flying kind, or maybe some kind that instead of throwing projectiles that you can shoot down, they charge up and fire something that can't be blocked (so you have to kill them quickly).
Anyway, like i said before, I enjoyed playing it. Well done.

Oh yeah!!!!

I meant to play this for a few minutes...
And I just beat it, hours later. This is probably the most fun, and hardest, bullet hell game on newgrounds. Truly awesome job. really funny
Great game... pretty good amount of difficulty, and I was laughing the whole time. I loved the guy (future you) constantly yelling things. I even managed to get the secret alternate reality! (You should make a medal for that, and for the regular ending)

amazing game

amazing!

not too shabby
Pretty solid shooter... with some improvements, it could be really good.
PROS: I liked the animation, especially the reload animation.
